We want you to receive your order in good condition and as described. Please read this policy before placing an order.
No returns
We currently do not accept returns. If your order has one of the eligible issues described below, please contact us through the Contact Us page on our website.
This policy does not limit any rights, warranties, remedies, or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The following issues are eligible for a 20% partial refund under our current policy:

- Product defects
- Missing accessories or included items
- An incorrect item received
Requests involving other circumstances are not covered by this policy unless we confirm otherwise in writing or applicable law requires a different remedy.
How to request a review
Please contact us through the Contact Us page as soon as reasonably possible after receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos that show the issue
Depending on the issue, please include the following evidence:

| Product defect | The full product and close-up photos of the defect |
| Missing accessories or included items | All items received and the package contents |
| Incorrect item | The item received and the package label |
Please keep the product and packaging until your request has been reviewed. Do not send anything back unless we specifically instruct you to do so in writing.
Review and partial refund
After reviewing the information, we will confirm whether the issue qualifies under this policy. For an eligible shipping-damage, product-defect, missing-item, or incorrect-item claim, we provide a 20% partial refund.
Refund method: Refunds are sent back to the original payment method used for the order.
We will not ask you to return an item under this standard policy unless applicable law requires otherwise or we specifically instruct you to do so.
